Operations, holds a PhD in Revenue Management and has published articles on Revenue
Management, Production Control and Service Excellence.
He is responsible for the Entry Into Service of the longhaul product Lufthansa Allegris. Before that he
headed the customer related topics of the Lufthansa Group ReStart program during the Covid19-
crisis as well as the ground and digital service experience, such as lounges, airport and digital self
services.
