Andy Fidel designs immersive events and virtual experiences that bring people together.
In 2016, she coined the term “Spatial Networking” to describe how VR, AR, and digital spaces create connection and shared presence—before “metaverse” was a buzzword. Her work focuses on building inclusive, human-centered spaces for community and collaboration.

Her past work includes roles at Microsoft AltspaceVR and YouTube’s VR Creator Lab with VRScout, along with collaborations with Rec Room, LinkedIn, PepsiCo, C2 International, WXR Venture Fund, Verizon 5G Labs, and others.

In 2024, she was named one of the Top 100 Innovators in Emerging Tech by Women of the Future and became a Meta Creator Partner.
