Marvin Grabowski

Marvin Grabowski is a PhD Candidate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Hamburg, Germany. His research focuses on the future of workplace meetings, particularly interactions in the metaverse. He examines the psychological factors shaping immersive experiences via VR and explores the role of Intelligent Virtual Agents at the intersection of VR and AI. Additionally, he investigates success factors for hybrid meetings to optimize their effectiveness within the evolving framework of New Work.
