Do you want to experience nextReality.festival 2026 up close while helping to make this unique event a success? Then become one of our Helping Hands!
As a Helping Hand, you’ll support the festival team for 2–3 hours during the event days and, in return, receive free access to the entire festival. You’ll get the chance to go behind the scenes, gain valuable experience, and become part of an amazing community.
Possible tasks include:
- Catering: Supporting the distribution of food and drinks, restocking snacks and beverages, and assisting with general catering coordination.
- Speaker Support: Assisting speakers, providing technical support during presentations, and helping organize the backstage area.
- Admission: Welcoming guests, checking tickets, and distributing festival wristbands.
- Exhibition Area: Supporting exhibitors, providing visitor information, and assisting with technical questions.
- Room & Stage Management: Assisting with the setup and organization of conference rooms and stages.
- After-Show Get-Together: Co-organizing and supporting the execution of the after-show party.
