If you ever feel uncomfortable, need support, or find yourself in an unpleasant situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our crew members. You can recognize them by their orange wristbands – they’re here to help and support you.

Code Word “Room 42”
If you need help and want to stay discreet, you can use the code word “Room 42.”
Simply tell a crew member that you’re “looking for Room 42” or that you’d “like to be taken to Room 42.” Our team will recognize this and offer you support quietly and respectfully.
