Do you want to experience nextReality.festival 2026 up close while helping make this unique event a great success? Then become one of our Helping Hands!
As a Helping Hand, you support us during the festival days for 3-4 hours and in return receive free admission to the entire festival. You get the chance to look behind the scenes, gain valuable experience, and become part of a great community.
Possible tasks:
- Catering: Helping serve food and drinks, restocking snacks and beverages, general catering organization.
- Speaker Support: Looking after speakers, technical support during presentations, organizing the backstage area.
- Admission: Welcoming guests, checking tickets, handing out festival wristbands.
- Exhibition area: Helping support exhibitors, providing visitor information, and assisting with technical questions.
- Room and stage management: Helping prepare and organize the conference rooms and stages.
- After-show get-together: Co-organizing and helping run the after-show party.
