Anna Graf

Anna Graf is Innovation Lead Emerging Tech at Arvato Systems (Bertelsmann). She drives ExGov, a runtime governance layer that authorizes and audits every AI agent action before it executes. Her second focus is the digital product passport as an experience layer: her concept of an Experience Pass turns compliance data into immersive, Physical-to-Digital brand experiences. At Bitkom, Germany’s digital association, Anna serves on the board of the VR/XR working group and contributes to publications on XR adoption and robotics. Coming from the art world and Web3, she connects innovation ecosystems between Germany and Belgium, always with an eye on trust, proof and European digital sovereignty.
